HIF Guide

HIF drilling guides ensure optimal placement of transcondylar screws to treat humeral Intracondylar fissures. The cranial stilt improves guide stability without the need for increased soft tissue distraction.

If your case is suitable you will have the option to upgrade to the HIF Management Package.

The HIF management package includes the drilling guide, a HIRS implant (size selected for the specific case), and 0.5cc DBM Putty.

If you are not using a HISS or HIRS implant, then the guides can be designed to aim progressively larger drill bits using interchangeable inserts for the use of alternative screws.

As with all Fusion Implants’ guide systems, they are designed by biomedical engineers and verified by specialists. Your order will include in silico plan images, a sterilizable bone model, and duplicate surgical guide(s) for preoperative planning and rehearsal.
