ALD Guides
Angular Limb Deformity Guide
Our patient-specific ‘Angular Limb Deformity Guide provides a precise, predictable solution for the correction of complex angular and torsional limb deformities.
Each case begins with a detailed assessment of the submitted scan, from which a high-resolution 3D model of the affected limb is created. A tailored surgical plan is developed and reviewed with the client, with transparent pricing provided based on case complexity.
Using advanced in silico planning, the deformity correction is simulated virtually to determine the optimal osteotomy and final limb alignment. The planned correction is verified with the client prior to manufacturing.
Custom osteotomy and reduction guides are then designed and manufactured to enable accurate, simultaneous correction of angular and rotational deformities during surgery.
As with all Fusion Implants guide systems, each solution is designed by biomedical engineers and verified by specialist clinicians. Every order includes in silico planning images, a sterilizable patient-specific bone model, and duplicate surgical guides to support preoperative planning, rehearsal, and intraoperative confidence.
- 3D-printed patient-specific guides (duplicates included) and bone model
- Custom corrective plan developed with a consultant surgeon
- Pre- and post-operative bone models for visualisation and plate contouring
- CT guided bone-surface matched guide for accurate execution of the plan
