Acetabular Plate

The ACE (Feline Acetabular Anatomic Plate) was designed based on dozens of CT scans of various cat breeds. There are left and right version that will accommodate the vast majority of cats.

We designed the ACE to accomodate a flexible screw configuration to maximise screw density on both sides of a fracture. The screws around the acetabulum are angled to minimise the risk of joint penetration while maximising screw length.

Each Fusion ACE is crafted from medical-grade titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) in a multi-step manufacturing process starting with 3D printing and including heat treatment, CNC machining, and anodisation.

The final products have undergone a rigorous quality control process giving you confidence that you are using a product of cutting edge innovation and premium quality.
